A benefit for preventative health for
every family member who has insurance. We mail in the paper-work
(HICFA - Health Insurance Claim Form) for you. Your insurance
covers the payment of treatments, $60 per hour or $90 for 1 1/2 hours, while you may only need to pay
the $15 co-payment* for your refreshing massage; a great value!
Some insurance plans cover a specified dollar amount
for routine hourly massage treatments per plan year while
other insurance plans are even more gracious and will cover
up to 30 treatments (at the clients' preference of 1 hour
or 1.5 hours of treatment length) per plan year.
*some may first need to meet a deductible.
